Refund Policy

We want every resource to arrive as described and open correctly.

Digital resources

Because digital files are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after a file has been accessed. Contact us if a file is defective, a purchase was duplicated, or you received the wrong resource so we can make it right.

Consultations

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are shown by the booking provider when you choose a time. If Ice Cream Startup cancels a paid session and cannot reschedule it, the session fee will be refunded.
